Synopsis
When a gravely ill Franz Kafka encounters a little girl crying in a Berlin park over her lost doll, he begins writing her daily letters recounting the doll's imaginary adventures. Despite his weakness, he visits the park each day to read the letters aloud, finding unexpected solace and purpose in this act of compassionate invention.
