Synopsis
October 2019, Great Yarmouth, three months before Brexit: hundreds of Portuguese migrant workers pour into this semi-abandoned coastal town seeking work at the local turkey factories. Tânia, a former factory hand now married to an English hotel owner, runs a labour recruitment network while dreaming of British citizenship — until the arrival of a new group of workers disrupts everything.
