Synopsis
In an old manor house in northern Portugal, Ana helps her elderly friend Emília tend to an estate long abandoned by its owners. When Ana's daughter Mónica arrives and challenges the choices both women have made, three generations come face to face with questions of identity and belonging. Across changing seasons, the film contemplates a world slowly disappearing, where life only renews itself through inevitable endings.
