Synopsis
Eight-year-old Louisa, from a Portuguese family but raised in France in the late 1970s, navigates a world of absence and longing. Her mother is beautiful but distant; her father, an emigrant, struggles with alcohol. A semi-autobiographical portrait of a Franco-Portuguese childhood marked by love and yearning.
