Synopsis
Angola, 1974, the thirteenth year of Portugal's colonial war. A young tribal woman discovers love and death when her path crosses that of a Portuguese soldier during the colonial exodus, while a group of soldiers finds itself trapped inside an endless wall from which the only escape is to face a past that refuses to stay buried. Winner of Best European Film at the 2022 Locarno Film Festival.
