Synopsis
News of a solitary bear sighting in a border village is initially received with enthusiasm by locals and a young nature warden, as well as by an outsider devoted to the brown bear's return to northern Portugal. Under the cover of hilarious role-playing and unreliable narration, the film draws a portrait of a rural community caught between human obstacles and animal instinct.
