Synopsis
Ten-year-old Girafa sets off across Lisbon on an unlikely mission: to find the Prime Minister and ask him to solve her family's problems. With her suicidal teddy bear Judy Garland in tow, her journey becomes an encyclopedic adventure through a city where children ask the questions adults dare not answer.
