Synopsis
To reflect on contemporary forms of political dissidence, the film dives into the extraordinary life of Margarida Tengarrinha, a young artist who went underground in Portugal and became a forger of documents for the antifascist resistance. Through temporal anachronism, the film reads as a letter addressed to a time yet to come, warning of the tragic possibility that history is repeating itself.
